I acquired my Real Estate Agent Sales Person License originally in July 2002. I have had hundreds of successful sales and have specialized in large acreage sales, subdivisions, commercial sales, residential, camps and cabins, and building lot sales in Tioga, Potter, and Bradford Counties. From 2002 until mid-2009 I worked in three different Real Estate offices in the Northern Tier and decided I wanted to approach Real Estate sales in a more personal approach where the client's needs and goals are a priority so in 2009 after achieving my Broker's license I founded and opened as Broker/Owner Mountain Valley Realty, Llc. At our first location, we rented a small office for 3 years in Wellsboro serving the public with many repeat sales, and established a solid reputation as being an office that provides professional service, honesty, diligence, and integrity.
