Broker / OwnerHello! I’m Christina VanDergrift, some clients knew me as Chris Costanzo way back when. I’m the Broker/Owner at Mountain Valley Realty, Inc. I began my career in real estate in 2005, as a 20-year-old, began investing shortly thereafter myself, got my Broker’s license in 2008 and purchased Mountain Valley from my mom, Vicky in 2016. Since then, I have created other subsidiary companies in the area and have worked extremely hard to offer excellent service to all of our clients across all companies. At MVR, we have always made our friendly, dedicated, high performing service our priority. Each client and property are unique and we customize each transaction so that you come as a customer and leave as a friend.
When I started down the path of being an agent, I could see how I could personally innovate to stand out amongst our competitors. I have continued to pride myself on doing so with my ever growing, high-performing team. We continually work to innovate and streamline with the changing market and times and do everything in excellence, from our marketing to our follow up and so much more, which is why so much of our business over the years has been repeat and referral.
I am extremely proud of my team, the hard work and dedication that they also have, which shows why our company has been the #1 Real Estate Office in Northern Central PA the last few years.
